Elevated coverage
The factory materials show poles placed around yards, site boundaries and internal roads. Pole positions should be coordinated with stockpiles, vehicle routes and other structures.
An elevated spraying arrangement for yards, site boundaries and internal roads. Pole height, pump configuration, pipe routing and control are selected for the actual site.
Equipment images show configuration examples. Final specifications and price are agreed for each order.
A high-pressure pump supplies water through a riser to the spray head at the top of a pole. Rotation distributes the mist around an elevated working zone, while the pump and control equipment remain accessible below.

The described system combines tank replenishment, filtration and high-pressure pumping. Filter access and water quality are relevant to nozzle operation and maintenance.
Manufacturer literature describes rotation, remote start and stop, and a dust-monitoring interface. These can be included as project control options rather than assumed on every configuration.
The following options are discussed during selection. Availability and the scope of supply are confirmed in the technical proposal.
| Reference pole height | 6–30 m in manufacturer literature; subject to site design |
|---|---|
| Reference pump pressure | 150–180 bar in manufacturer literature; configuration-specific |
| Spraying arrangement | Rotating spraying; operating sectors confirmed for the site |
| Dimensions and materials | Defined by the installation and operating requirements |
| Price | Quoted against the confirmed configuration |
Figures describe reference configurations, not fixed specifications or guaranteed site performance. Actual results depend on configuration, water, wind, material and operating conditions. The agreed technical proposal takes precedence.
Use the site layout, dust-source positions, obstructions and local wind conditions. The resulting coverage plan also needs to account for structural and maintenance access requirements.
Pricing follows the equipment configuration, materials, controls and scope of supply. Send the project details so the factory can prepare an appropriate proposal and quotation.
